Project Intro
The web3 gaming guild management platform is designed to address the needs of gaming communities by providing a comprehensive solution for managing and organizing gaming guilds in the context of the evolving web3 ecosystem. With the rise of blockchain technology and the integration of NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens), gaming guilds are seeking innovative tools and platforms that enable seamless management of members, assets, and activities.

Problem statement
Many gaming guilds struggle with inefficient management systems that lack integration with web3 technologies, hindering their ability to fully leverage the benefits of blockchain, NFTs, and decentralized governance. Guild managers face challenges in effectively organizing guild members, distributing assets, tracking performance, and fostering collaboration within the gaming community.

Design and develop a web3 gaming guild management platform that provides guild managers with the necessary tools and features to streamline guild management, enhance member engagement, and maximize the potential of web3 gaming communities.

We interviewed multiple potential users to understand the challenges they are facing while they are managing their guild members and assets manually. A few question that we asked are listed below.

Qualitative Research
We did an online survey using google forms to observe any pattern and similarity in what the potential users may want. The responses we collected assisted us in framing the problem correctly.

This process was done to define the target audience with more clarity, as well as illustrate their needs and actions. Empathy mapping helped me gain perspective on their thoughts and feelings. The data in the empathy map is based on insights from user interviews.

User interface
We used both light and dark theme for our dashboard.

Dashboard
Dashboard has the overview of analytics from every section which includes guilds and player’s performances, top games, top earnings etc.
Game Vault
Game vault has the option to add new games to the platform, edit already added games and add or edit the badges required for joining guilds.

Game Details
Game details page provide information about games for guild manager and other users to discover new games and add them to their guild or apply for scholarships.

Guilds
Guilds page show the list of the guilds that admin own and all other guilds that are currently on the platform. Admin can onboard new guilds in this section.


Notifications
A notifications system was also added on the dashboard for tracking important things on the dashboard.
Guild Performance
Guild performance can be tracked from the guild main profile. Guild manager can add/remove roles of games master, captain and scholars. Revenue split between users can be set from the main page of guild. Guild manager can also issue scholarships for his guild.

Asset Management
From the guild vault, guild manager can securely transfer or distribute assets among the guild members. Guild manager also has the option to pull back assets from the members.

Tournaments
Tournaments section has the option to create and organize tournaments and distribute rewards among the guild members. This section has all history of the previous tournaments as well.

Tournament Details
Tournament details page has several options including communication system between team, recent matches, announcements and the top players.

Revenue Split
While onboarding a new guild, admin can set the revenue split between the company and the guild according to the contract terms between them.

Roles system
Roles is the most important system on the dashboard that allows the admin to create and edit permission on the platform for each role. Its designed in the most simple way possible. Admin has to just change the values from read/write, read only and restricted.

Settings
In settings, the user can set multiple options like appearance, change email/password, add/edit wallet address, light/dark theme etc.

Scholar Dashboard
The scholar can see all of the important details like open scholarships, his performance overall and in separate games and the assets that he own right on his home screen.
